Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs). This column models exclusively the capabilities of the team or center. A CSIRT is an end user of services, a registrant, and may also act as a threat intelligence provider, etc. When a CSIRT performs these stakeholder functions, please use the corresponding columns.
